Interested in becoming a Full-Time Police Officer with the North Wildwood Police Department?

 The North Wildwood Police Department is always looking for proud, motivated, mature, service oriented individuals who are looking to make a difference in the community they serve.  As North Wildwood is a New Jersey Civil Service Police Department, all of our applicants for full time Officer must pass the New Jersey Law Enforcement Entry Exam or possess a New Jersey Basic Course for Police Officers (BCPO) Certification.

All persons applying for the position of Police Officer must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high-school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a thorough background investigation
- Pass a psychological evaluation
- Possess a valid driver’s license

- Pass a drug screening
